Renowned human rights lawyer, Femi Falana SAN, has been commissioned by the traumatised family of the popular Idanre PDP chieftain, Akinlabi Akinfolarin (Oluomo Malay), to seek justice on their behalf in court.
You will recall how an operative of the Nigerian Army harrassed, murdered gruesomely the party’s chieftain at the local government area headquarter in Idanre, Ondo State of Nigeria on the 26th February, 2023. This was in the course of the collation of results and declaration of winner in the local government area.
Falana has however agreed to act as the counsel to the family. He will be dragging the Nigerian army to court on the matter of the gross indiscretion and murderous act of its operatives.
