The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) National Chairman, Barr Ezeokenwa Jr Sly, has called for the arrest and prosecution of Edozie Njoku, accusing him of running a scam within the party. At a media brief held at APGA headquarters in Abuja on September 27, Sly alleged that Njoku and his associates are not legitimate members of APGA and have no authorized positions within the party ¹. Despite this, Njoku continues to extort and scam unsuspecting and innocent APGA members.

Interestingly, Edozie Njoku claims to be the National Chairman of APGA, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recognizes him as such, citing court orders ². However, Sly’s faction of APGA disputes Njoku’s legitimacy.

The APGA National Working Committee (NWC) under Njoku’s leadership has denied allegations of forging a Supreme Court judgment ³. Meanwhile, Njoku has vowed to put an end to fraudulent activities within APGA, without mentioning specific perpetrators ¹[4).

Sly has pledged to take collective action against Njoku’s alleged scams, highlighting the internal conflict within APGA.
