We want women to feel affirmed, appreciated, and cherished by increasing the number of women in managerial roles, including our most senior executive positions, we are actively achieving gender-balanced leadership. We have been working to balance the gender makeup of our workforce.

Increasing the number of women in our top 200+ senior executive positions is one of the goals of our Gender Balance Acceleration Plan. To have the correct pipeline for our most important business roles, we carefully monitor our succession planning, and we offer career support and guidance through our Senior Leader Development Roadmap (Corporate Mentoring Program, Senior Leaders Development Assessment Center and Senior Executive Program).

Through a variety of different programs that aim to teach the skills necessary to increase farms’ productivity, create better businesses, and improve livelihood, we are also working to change the economic, social, and cultural outlook for women in the agricultural communities outside of our operations that cultivate and process our raw materials.
