
Guaranty Trust Holding Company Plc has announced the 9th edition of its flagship culinary event, the GTCO Food and Drink Festival, set to take place from Friday, May 1st to Sunday, May 3rd, 2026, at GTCentre, Plot 1 Water Corporation Drive, Oniru, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Tagged “Everything Food and Drink,” this year’s theme reflects the Festival’s expansive and immersive experience, celebrating not just a wide array of cuisines but also the rich stories and cultures behind them. Over time, the event has evolved into more than a seasonal gathering, emerging as a culturally significant platform where food becomes a powerful medium for storytelling, innovation, and economic opportunity.
The 2026 edition will feature 204 free retail stalls, offering a vibrant mix of traditional delicacies passed down through generations and modern interpretations of global cuisine. The Festival continues to create an inclusive space where diverse flavours, culinary techniques, and creative expressions thrive.
Attendees can look forward to an engaging lineup of activities, including interactive masterclasses, live cooking demonstrations, food and wine tastings, and a bustling marketplace that highlights both small and medium-scale enterprises alongside established culinary brands. The event will also maintain its reputation as a family-friendly destination, complete with a dedicated play area and engaging activities for children.
