LIBRARY ASSOCIATION VISITS POLICE; FORCE PRO, ADEJOBI URGES THEM TO DEEPEN READING CULTURE NATIONWIDE

The Nigerian Library Association has today paid a courtesy visit to the Nigeria Police Force headquarters where they were received by the Force Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, mnipr, mipra. The Executives of the association led by the Chairperson of the Abuja FCT chapter, Mrs Shade Bello Adepoju expressed delight at the warm reception they enjoyed during the visit, National Association of Online Security News Publishers, NAOSNP can report.

The interaction which bothered on areas of collaboration, particularly, in capacity building for Police Librarians also touched on standardizing the Police Library at the FHQ. The association was also encouraged to conduct campaigns on the benefits of reading culture to the Police and the nation at large.
