Re-Boye Oyewunmi Joins Ondo South Senatorial District Race, Defying Electoral Bill Of 2022.

Oyewumi, a former Special Adviser on Investment and Development to Governor Rotimi Akeredolu, is the current Chief Executive Officer of Ondo State Development and Investment Promotion Agency, ONDIPA.
Is Boye Oyewunmi not aware of the electoral Bill under whom he intends to contest or does he deliberately want to ridicule our law complaint Governor, Arakunrin Akeredolu, a SAN?
Maybe we should spell it to Mr. Oyewunmi the contents of the bill:
(10) No political appointee at any level shall be a voting delegate or be voted for at the convention or congress of any political party for the purpose of the nomination of candidates for any election.
“(11) Where a political party fails to comply with the provisions of this act in the conduct of its primaries, its candidate for election shall not be included in the election for the particular position in issue….
APC has lots of issues presently and Boye Oyewunmi should not compound the already tensed political atmosphere.
