The Africa Brand Award is an annual event that promotes Africa brand and honours prominent companies in Africa.
The 2023 edition was held recently at L’eola Hotel Maryland, Lagos on the 27 May 2023 with the theme: “Customer Service In Africa: THE STRATEGIC ROLE OF BUSINESS LEADERS.
It was a memorable and Educative event where the CEOs in Africa shared their experiences in business industry.

“Customer service is a critical aspect of any business, and it is no different in Africa. In recent years, there has been a growing awareness of the importance of customer service in Africa, and businesses are beginning to take notice. However, there is still a long way to go, and business leaders have a crucial role to play in improving customer service on the continent”
Rotimi George Tylor, the MD/CEO of Gotham Property Construction Company Limited, and Gotham Security limited said Gotham gives quality to their customers and You safety come first in Africa.
The company is into Real Estate Management to solve housing problems. He said the company thrive on excellent customer services.
Mr Rotimi George Taylor Who was honoured for the second time on AFRICA BRAND AWARDS stated that Gotham gives free training on how to become a Real Estate merchant and gives necessary instruction and guidline. He, therefore, advises other construction companies to use quality materials in their work to avoid building collaspe in our society, likewise give maximum security to our People in Africa
Emeka Duru, the MD/CEO of Goodgate Finance who was also honoured for the second time on Africa Brand Award said that Goodgate finance is a reliable finance company that was licenced by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
He started that Goodgate finance is a company that has been doing creditably well in Africa finance Industry. Among other things he said we have giving loans to people Especially the small scale Business for them grow and meet their demand in the industry
In addition, we do research on finance on a daily basis for us grow and meet people demand in Africa have more than 120 thousand Customers globaly that we are managing not underscoring the fact that we have competitors. However, he observed, we are still measuring up in the finance Industry.
