
In a special ceremony held in Abuja on Saturday, 31st May 2025, Blessing Ezeagu was officially inducted as an Ambassador for Real Estate by the African Youth Parliament. The prestigious honour was conferred by the Distinguished Speaker of the African Youth Parliament, Rt. Hon. Bamidele Oladele Babs, at a well-attended special event that celebrated excellence, youth impact, and innovation in critical sectors across the continent.
Blessing Ezeagu, who is not only a promising future figure in Nigeria’s growing real estate landscape but also the Branch Manager of Gtext Holdings in Port Harcourt, was recognized for her outstanding contributions, entrepreneurial drive, and firm commitment to empowering young people through property investment education and sustainable housing initiatives.
In his keynote address, Rt. Hon. Bamidele Oladele Babs commended Ezeagu for her visionary leadership and consistency in advancing real estate development among youths. He described her induction as a well-deserved milestone and a call to greater service within and beyond the borders of Nigeria.
“Ambassador Blessing Ezeagu represents the bold and brilliant future of African enterprise. Her work in the real estate industry reflects the values of creativity, integrity, and service that the African Youth Parliament upholds,” the Speaker stated.

The ceremony attracted dignitaries from the public and private sectors, youth leaders, members of the diplomatic corps, real estate professionals, and members of the media. It featured goodwill messages, a citation of honour, and a symbolic presentation of the Ambassadorial Certificate.
In her acceptance speech, Ambassador Ezeagu expressed deep gratitude to the African Youth Parliament for the recognition, pledging to use the platform to promote responsible investment, affordable housing, and youth inclusiveness in economic development.
“This induction is not just a recognition of my work—it is a charge to do more. I am committed to championing initiatives that open doors for young Africans to thrive in the real estate sector,” she said.
The event marks another milestone in the Parliament’s broader mission to spotlight exceptional young leaders who are building Africa through innovation, enterprise, and civic responsibility.
