The Executive Chairman of Ilaje Local Government Hon. Olamigoke Jatuwase,FCPA, has expressed a great joy and happiness over the approval of the development of Ondo Deep Sea Port in Ilaje LG of Ondo State; he lauded Mr President and the Federal Executive Council(FEC) for considering it pleasant to give this gigantic and colossal project an approval during the FEC Meeting yesterday Wednesday 17th of May, 2023 in Abuja.
In the same vein, Hon. Jatuwase applauded the indefatigable Governor of Ondo State H. E Oluwarotimi Akeredolu SAN, CON, for his untireless and tremendous efforts in ensuring that this Ondo Sea Port approval becomes a reality. Equally, he rejoices with the good people of Ilaje LG and Ondo State on this wonderful development. ” this approval is long overdue and a welcome development says the Executive Chairman.
Lastly, Hon Jatuwase stated that the development /establishment of a multipurpose Deep Sea Port of this kind will surely revamp, boost and enhance the economic growth of Ilaje Area, Ondo State and Nigeria at large. He however, urged the incoming Government of our own Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to fastrack or expedite action on the full implementation of the development document of the Port Project Work in Ilaje LG of Ondo State.
