The Ondo South Advancement and Welfare Consultative Association, OSAWA, warmly felicitates the Senator representing Ondo Southern Senatorial district, Dr Jimoh Ibrahim, over his recent appointment as a non-career ambassador.
In a communique, OSAWA also expressly appreciates President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for taking into consideration the meritorious service of the renowned Ikale-born scholar, both in Nigerian and beyond.
OSAWA observes that while the appointment itself does not come as a surprise, considering the impactful representational delivery of Dr Ibrahim in the senate, the apex umbrella group in Ondo South said it hopes that the Senator would continue to impact lives both nationally and outside the shores of the country.
Dr Jimoh Ibrahim is a Cambridge scholar and a known contributor to Nigeria’s economic development with his experienced perspectives on the international stage, particular at the World bank and IMF.
OSAWA wishes Dr Jimoh Ibrahim a successful and impactful tenure in the new role.
