The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has drawn attention to a number of recent global events which, according to him, correspond with warnings contained in his previous prophetic messages.
Primate Ayodele has consistently maintained that his prophecies are intended primarily as warnings to individuals, governments and nations, with the aim of encouraging preventive action. He has also explained that he prays against negative prophecies and does not rejoice when they eventually occur.
Colombia Earthquake
Following the devastating earthquake reported in Colombia, Primate Ayodele’s earlier warning concerning the South American country has resurfaced.
Reports said rescue workers in western Colombia battled through rubble after a powerful earthquake struck the country’s coffee-growing region, leaving significant destruction and casualties.
In the latest edition of his annual prophecy book, Warnings To The Nations, released on July 4, 2026, Primate Ayodele had warned about Colombia, including the possibility of natural disasters.
He wrote:
“COLUMBIA: The spirit of God says there will be hardship in the country even as the country will be attacked. There will be natural disasters and protests. The constitution of the country will change. The leadership will take so many steps to stabilise the polity and douse political tension in the country.” (Page 259)
The development has prompted renewed attention to the prophecy, with the cleric’s supporters describing the earthquake and other developments in Colombia as consistent with the warning.
Libya Refinery Attack
Primate Ayodele’s warning concerning Libya has also resurfaced following an attack on the Zawiya refinery.
Firefighters reportedly battled a major fire at the facility after a drone attack, while Libya’s national oil company warned that continued attacks could force it to suspend operations.
In a prophetic video released before the incident, Primate Ayodele specifically warned:
“Libya refinery will be attacked.”
The video of the prophecy has since circulated on social media as supporters of the cleric point to the incident as another example of his warnings about impending developments.
Trump’s Security Concerns
The cleric’s earlier warning concerning U.S. President Donald Trump has also attracted attention following reports that elaborate security measures were reportedly deployed to conceal the president’s movements during a recent international trip amid threats against him.
Primate Ayodele had previously warned that further attempts would allegedly be made on Trump’s life.
His words were:
“Donald Trump’s life is still going to be attempted, but it will not work.”

Messi Bereavement Warning
Primate Ayodele’s 2026 prophecy concerning football superstar Lionel Messi has also been cited following reports concerning the death of Messi’s father.
In the 2026 edition of his prophecies released in December, the cleric had warned:
“LIONEL MESSI: I foresee he will still leave his present club for another club and will do well in his present club. He needs to pray not to be bereaved.” (Page 134)
