Nigerians at home and in the diaspora seeking to participate in the landmark Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals can now subscribe conveniently through Zenith Bank, a Receiving Bank and designated electronic application channel for the historic offer.

Subscription is available through the Zenith Bank website, mobile app, Internet Banking, USSD, Corporate Internet Banking, as well as at any Zenith Bank branch nationwide.

Backed by its network of 456 branches and 84 cash centres, Zenith Bank provides investors with a secure and convenient route to participate in the offer from virtually anywhere in the world.

Whether an application is initiated through a mobile phone in London, a laptop in Houston or across the counter at a Zenith Bank branch in Lokoja, prospective investors can complete the subscription process through the bank’s various channels.

Each subscription is linked to the investor’s Bank Verification Number (BVN), providing an additional layer of identity verification and security throughout the application and allotment process.

The offer is scheduled to open on Monday, September 14, 2026, and will run for 30 days, closing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

According to the prospectus, the shares are being offered at ₦525 per share, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares, valued at ₦5,250.

The offer is targeting ₦2.15 trillion, which would make it the largest equity offering ever undertaken on the African continent.

The prospectus also provides for a Retail Investor Incentive Programme, under which qualifying retail investors who subscribe and hold their shares may be eligible for bonus shares, subject to regulatory approvals.

Zenith Bank said its extensive digital infrastructure and nationwide branch network are positioned to make participation seamless for both first-time and experienced investors.

The bank, Nigeria’s largest by Tier-1 capital, has continued to strengthen its digital capabilities through significant investments in technology and service infrastructure.

Its experience in executing its own most recent public offering predominantly through digital channels, the bank noted, demonstrates its readiness to handle large-scale investment transactions through secure electronic platforms.

As part of the broader Dangote Refinery transaction, Quantum Zenith Capital & Investments Limited is among the joint issuing houses, while Zenith Bank will provide the channels through which investors can submit and process their applications.

The bank said its combination of financial strength, digital capabilities, extensive distribution network and customer-focused service places it in a strong position to support investors participating in the landmark offer.

For more than three decades, Zenith Bank has played a prominent role in Nigeria’s financial sector and has participated in several major transactions involving businesses, governments and institutions.

With the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals offer now opening, the bank’s channels are available to eligible investors seeking to participate.

Subscribers can participate by opening or funding existing Zenith Bank accounts and making payment through the bank’s electronic platforms before the offer closes on October 13, 2026.

Interested investors are advised to carefully review the offer details contained in the prospectus and consider obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.
