The Executive Chairman of Idanre Local Government, Hon. Prince Kayode Adebambo Aroloye had expressed his sadness at the passage to eternity of His Royal Majesty, Oba Olusegun Akinbola, Aladeokun of Alade Idanre, Ondo State.
Speaking with newsmen shortly after confirming the transition of the former lecturer turned monarch in his Idanre residence, Prince Aroloye lamented that the demise of the traditional ruler had been a rude shock.
He commiserated with the entire people of Idanre kingdom and his immediate family members for what he referred to as,” irreparable loss” and prayed that God will give them the fortitude to bear the loss. Prince Aroloye noted that the ascension of Oba Akinbola to the throne of Alade Idanre had brought remarkable development and progress to his domain as he had used all the human and material resources which God gave him to serve his people meritoriously and with zealous dedication.
He assured them of the assistance of logistic supports of the Local Government administration as events unfold.
Prince Aroloye promised to pay a condolence visit to the royal family of the departed monarch as soon as tradition allows him to do so.
