Ogunsan Wins The Pride Newspaper’s Man of the Year Award

In recognition of his giant strides in security, ace entrepreneur and Chairman of Executive Group; Board Member, Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), Dr. Ayo Ogunsan, has bagged the Man of the Year (Security) award from a media outfit — The Pride Newspaper.

The award ceremony will be held today in Lagos amidst glamour and fanfare.

The Pride Newspaper is the publication platform for Daily Pride Communications, a weekly premium celebrity, lifestyle and leisure newspaper.

Expressing his joy over the recognition, Ogunsan said the award stands as a special one to him, as it focuses on a sector dear to his heart.

“I feel very joyous right now. This is because this is an award that focuses on a sector I hold in high esteem. By the grace of God, I have been privileged to record some giant strides here and I only look forward to better service to humanity in this regard. Let me dedicate this to God Almighty who is the Chief Security Officer of the entire universe. I also dedicate it to my lovely wife and kids who have been very supportive in ways too numerous to mention,” he said.

Recall that, in June 2021, the Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu meritoriously appointed the security expert cum entrepreneur into the board of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF), having been strategically fingered out based on his track record of excellence in the private sector.

Dr Ayodele Ogunsan, who is a graduate of Business Administration from the prestigious Yaba College of Technology, also holds membership of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria (IoD). He is also a Member, the Nigerian-Britain Association; a Member, the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce; a Member, the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce; Member, the Nigerian-Spanish Association.

Ogunsan has bagged numerous degrees and certifications from citadels of learning, locally and internationally, including Lagos Business School, Oxford Brookes University and Harvard University, UK.
