SUNU Health Nigeria Limited, a leading Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) in Nigeria and a member of the SUNU Group, has received two prestigious recognitions at the Africa Brand Awards Nigeria 2026, with its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Moyosore Olomola, also honoured at the ceremony.
The awards ceremony, held on Thursday, September 10, 2026, brought together business leaders, government officials, entrepreneurs and industry experts under the theme, “Creating Iconic Brands in Africa: The Strategic Role of Business Leaders.”

In the Health Insurance and Wellness category, SUNU Health Nigeria Limited was named “West Africa Health Insurance Company of the Year,” in recognition of its contributions to health insurance, healthcare delivery, customer service and innovation.
In a related honour under the CEO Leadership category, Dr. Moyosore Olomola received the Diamond Award for “Most Responsive Health Insurance CEO of the Year.” The recognition acknowledged his leadership approach, responsiveness and efforts towards building an effective and collaborative team.
